The therapist will use massage gel or cream with smooth, gliding strokes, firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension. While therapeutic massage is often relaxing, the session is to focus on specific areas. The therapist will use a mixture of modalities during treatment, designed to meet the client's needs. Hot Stone Massage
(90 minutes)
The hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones to warm up tight muscles so he can work on pressure points and problem areas to alleviate tension and stress. Hot stones may either be placed on the body or used as an extension of the therapist's hands, which allows the therapist to work more deeply.

Cupping
(add on to any massage service)
Cupping is done by placing a glass or a plastic cup onto the skin; the therapist creates a vacuum in the cup which draws the skin, muscle, and fascia up into the cup. This vacuum can be created with either a hand suction pump (Flash Cupping) or a burning cotton wool ball (Fire Cupping). Cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, relieve back and neck pains, stiff muscles, anxiety, fatigue, migraines, rheumatism, and even cellulite.

Salt & Mud Wrap

The body is massaged with sea salts, which improves poor circulation and then wrapped in a selected mud wrap. Mud wraps treatments are where the skin is covered in mud for a shorter or longer period. The mud causes sweating and can promote slim and tone the body, hydrate or firm the skin, relax and soothe the muscles or detox depending on the treatment selected.
